2016 Team Challenge Rules

TEAMS

All participants will choose a partner. All partners will be entered into a random drawing to form teams of 4. Individuals who do not have a partner will be randomly assigned a team. All teams will create a team name.

 

WINNERS

There will be one individual winner determined by the individual with the highest average percent change in all biometric categories (weight, measurements, visceral fat, body fat and lean weight percentage and physical fitness assessments). The individual winner will receive $1000 cash.

There will be one team winner determined by the highest point total (see below) of the 9 week challenge. Each member of the winning team will receive a sports bag with $500+ of merchandise it in.

 

LEADER BOARD

Each Tuesday we will post the top 5 teams according to point totals through the previous days of the challenge. These will be posted on our team challenge group page on Facebook and at Athletic Revolution. At the halfway mark we will also post the top 10 individuals according to their halfway measurements.

 

TEAM POINTS

Team points will be rewarded and calculated by the following:

Food Log 5 points per individual per week
Weekly Attendance 1 session = 1 pt.  2 sessions = 3 pts. 3+sessions = 5 pts.
Sign up a friend (valid anytime during the challenge) 15 points
Check in on social media 2 points
Post on social media tagging AR 3 points
Attend a workout as a team 5 points
Attend midway weigh in 10 points
Attend extra workout or workshop at AR 5 points
Highest % biometric change (team) 50 points
Highest % biometric change (individual) 20 points
Highest % fitness change (team) 50 points
Highest % fitness change (individual) 20 points
