What is A/R? that is a question I get frequently. As I explain to many....as I observe class. It's all aspects of becoming an athlete & a good teammate. The first thing for mine was balance, stance, positioning your body and where you should be in a specific game, awareness, sportmanship, nutrition, stamina, responsibility, how to get up correctly and quickly. My son stays on his feet during a game now. I'm not sure how Coach Dave does all this & he makes all of it FUN!! I started my kids going to A/R because Dave and his Wife Andrea have always been outstanding well rounded people, I wanted that for my kids. I've never made a better decision for them. Our whole family Loves A/R. We are very blessed to be able to make this happen. Lastly all kids at all levels are welcomed and encouraged. That doesn't happen everywhere.
Thank you
