Girls Soccer Strength and Conditioning for Grades 9-12

At Athletic Revolution our goal is not performance.  PERFORMANCE is the OUTCOME!

There are certain training principles that are crucial to the short and long term success of any young athlete.  Never more important is the focus on injury resistance and movement skill be addressed than when dealing with a young female athlete.  We not only understand this at Athletic Revolution, we live by it.  Our athlete’s work hard on the skill and proficiency of performing activities that improve speed, agility, strength, power and injury resistance.

ACL (Anterior Cruciate Ligament) injuries are still on the rise for all young athletes for a variety of reasons.  Our greatest success comes from learning of our athletes having a fun, competitive and safe career playing the sport(s) that they love.

Our approach is different.  Our results speak for themselves.

July 11th – September 9th

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 10:00am
(Week of August 8th off)
