  • Youth Fitness Specialist
  • High School Strength and Conditioning Specialist

Coach Ryan Kane has a passion for baseball that is only matched by his ability to teach the game he loves to young athletes. Ryan’s knowledge of body mechanics through his education with the International Youth Conditioning Association give him and his players an edge over the competition. The perhaps the most impressive aspect of Ryan’s coaching ability is in his delivery.

Having been a standout player in both the Cape Cod and Independent league as an All-Star, Ryan was the starting third baseman for Team USA that brought home the silver medal at the 2002mPan Am Games. After playing in the New York Yankee and Anaheim Angels organization, Ryan turned his sites toward coaching young players the game of baseball.

Playing ability and coaching ability are two completely different things. Great players do not always make for effective coaches.

Coach Kane has successfully bridged that gap as he has coached aspiring players at all levels. The connection Ryan develops with each athlete allows him to determine exactly what cues and coaching tips to utilize…without over coaching.

Ryan’s coaching philosophy and goals can be summed up with 2 points of interest:

  1. To provide elite and high level baseball skill and strength training for players of all ages and skill levels.
  2. To build confidence in an environment for a player to thrive, excel and grow as a person and player.

Ryan lives in Pembroke with his wife Kim, twin boys Ben and Owen and their daughter Lila.
