Youth Fitness – Are Your Kids in Danger?


That was the headline of a blog post (and video) I made last week.  I spoke about sport specific training for young children and how there is no place for it – and why.

As a follow up to that I would like to explain what the approach should be for youth fitness and what path should be followed for athletic development in young children.

In the video below I specifically talk about young kids ages 6-9 and how fitness and OVERALL development should be approached.
